The Compatibility Game

The Compatibility Game by The School of Life is a charming and insightful game that guides us to insights into what really matters to us, where certain differences may exist, and how best to deal with them. The goal of the game is to help two people in a relationship (romantic or otherwise) assess their level of compatibility. It helps to: a) identify areas of alignment and divergence in the values, ambitions, goals, or beliefs of both parties, and b) discuss the importance of these differences. The game does not suggest that incompatibilities cannot be overcome; the basis of successful relationships is not compatibility, but compromise.
