The Adam Stool by Nyboder Editions is inspired by the Nyboder neighborhood, where Frama Studio is based. The new collection embraces the history, local architecture and cultivated colors of Copenhagen’s historic area. The distinctive houses of Nyboder were commissioned by King Christian IV to house Danish sailors and their families. The first houses were built in 1641 and have been preserved ever since. The synergy between the neighborhood’s past and present inspired Frama to develop a new version of the classic Adam Stool, integrating the colors and atmosphere of Nyboder into the industrial seating collection.
