Lavadouro revisits the wash basin as a symbol of memory and gesture. In this black stoneware jar, the rigidity of concrete meets the fluid movement of the hand that shapes the earth, evoking the act of washing — foam, water, and the rhythm of manual labor. What was once a place of effort and collective memory is now transformed into an object of daily contemplation, where the hardness of stone gives way to the delicacy of flowers.
